The Central Bank's Consumer Protection Outlook 2021 was published on 29 March 2021. This report sets out sets out the Central Bank’s consumer and investor protection priorities for 2021, and the risks that pose the greatest potential for consumer and investor harm. It also sets out the Central Bank's expectations of what regulated financial services providers should do to minimise these risks.
